My users are having trouble with videos being extremely pixelated on iOS phones and tablets. I noticed an updated version of 2.21.0 and applied it. BUT they are still having trouble. Anyone know a work around?

We tested the plugin on Iphone 10(IOS 16.3.1) and 11(IOS 17.6.1) on our demo page and found no issues with the quality you mention above.
