I presume you have enabled the checkbox “visible on the page load” for 2 groups within your login/signup popup. 
Or you simply have copy-pasted a several singin/login input fields - please delete the excess elements. This should resolve your issue.

I’ve also run into another problem. When I click the log in button my login group doesn’t show up.
(also the “!” was not meant on the last question i meant to put “1” sorry if that seemed rude)

Please make sure that your login button has the appropriate workflow, that shows the login group.
