Iframe top navigation issue

Hello guys,

I installed your Iframe plugin and I was looking through the options on the element itself and theres an option that says allow-top navigation. My question is to know if the page is redirected inside the Iframe if it redirects the main page too. I would need this to happen if thats the case since I have set up a custom api connection to Docusign and I use the Iframe to get the embbeded signing process done without leaving the page. Everything works great but at the last step when you click finish docusign redirects you to URL I sent them in the first place and breaks (current URL). The document is signed but I just need to know how can I redirect the main page from within the iFrame.

Thanks for reaching us.

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the Docusign plugin’s original functionality.

We have carefully investigated your request and details. However, you can’t sign the Document with this plugin and skip sending emails from DocuSign to your user (opening this step via the iframe and signing the document via the iframe, without redirecting to another page).
So, it is not possible to skip this step (email sending and redirecting the user), because it is obliged.

Thanks for the reply. To be clear I am not usign your Docusign plugin, just the iFrame. I am being able to sign the documents. The documents are being signed indeed. My question is related to the fact that when in the last step from the docusign page the user is redirected to the url I sent to Docusign, so I would like to know if there is anyway to know if the url inside the iFrame is being redirected.

Allow me to note that the main function of the Docusign plugins, is identical to all resources.

As far ask I may know, the sighing of the document process can’t be handled via the iframe.
Because the sign the document URL is reachable only via an email message, sent to the user who has to sign the document.
Anyway, if you have such a URL and would like to display it via iframe - there should be no trouble (as long as this URL does not have any view inside the iframe restrictions).

So I am connecting to Docusign via custom api calls. I have tested everything and document is actually being signed. My problem is not with Docusign but rather with the iFrame plugin created by you guys. I need to know if when the website inside the iframe (regardless what website it is) is changing its url, if it is possible to change the main website where to that url.

Can you please elaborate more regarding this option “if it is possible to change the main website where to that URL?” Unfortunately, we need some additional details in order to provide you a full answer.

One more thing to add: I presume you were asking if the iframe will display the website if its URL will be changing (dynamic). For this case, the answer is yes.
If you would like to display dynamic URLs (DocuSign document URLs that you get from the data call) - it should work fine with the iframe.

I hope you will be fine. I also wanna implement in-app signature and stuck.If you can help I will be thankful.
This is what i wanna implement

1- Someone from my company uploads the pdf file
2- There are group of reviewers who will review it.
3- After reviewing each member will sign the document
(Here I want each member to click add signature button and then in bubble app open the document and add signature in the app)
4- After signing the document by each member that document will be considered approved.
