iFrame Widget question

Hi Zeroqode team & community - I recently bought the iFrame plugin for Bubble.io. It is (mostly) displaying the page I want to be displayed but not rendering a menu that I was expecting to see on the left-hand side of the page. For reference, here’s the URL of the remote site I would like rendered into the iFrame:

When you go to that page in a regular browser window the image below shows what I am seeing displayed (MacBook Pro, MacOS 10.15.7, Chrome Version 86.0.4240.80). Note the blue menu on the left, have highlighted it in pink:

Then here is a screenshot of how it is being displayed in the iFrame in the Bubble preview mode:

No menu.

Scripts are enabled for the plugin.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi @ben4,

Thanks for reaching out. We have checked on both of your preview and how iFrame plugin is displaying the website. It certainly doesn’t display the left-side menu, but we checked on your page structure as well, and found out that this sidebar is a separate component than your main group that plugin is capturing and displaying.

Could you please share a bit more details how this sidebar is built? Is it a custom script or a plugin?

You can also go to Settings - Collaboration tab within your editor. Add our support@zeroqode.com account to your collaborator’s list. Also, please tell us your app name and page name where this problem occurs on test.

Note: avoid the warning message regarding plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

We’ll investigate it inside your app and get back to you with a feedback asap.

Best,
Alex
