Hello,
I have been using your Image Compressor & Uploader plugin for awhile now. I love that it can read HEIC images. But all of a sudden it is not working. When you click on a button with a “Select Multiple Compressor” workflow, nothing happens. I didn’t change anything. It just stopped working. Any ideas?
I tried deleting my browser history, btw. Last time I had a problem, that solved it. Not this time. Help!

We have tested our demo page, which you can visit here: https://ezcodepluginsdemo.bubbleapps.io/image_compressor?debug_mode=true, and found no issues which you mentioned before.Please make sure your settings in the workflow are set correctly.
To help you troubleshoot, we suggest you compare your configuration with our default configuration.

Also, do step by step as we have indicated below:
-Uninstall the old Image compressor and uploader Plugin element.
-Install the latest version of the plugin
-Install the new Image compressor and uploader Plugin element

I followed the link to your demo page and I was having the same problem. When I clicked the “select and image” button, nothing happened. So I finally did the obvious and restarted my computer. No idea what was causing the problem. But that fixed it. So, all good. Sorry for bothering you. I should have tried that first. I’ll know if there is a next time.
