I am using “Image Slider/Media Gallery” plugin which appears in editor as “Photo&VideoGallery A”. Currently installed version is 2.2.0
I’ve uploaded a video directly from an iOS iPhone 14 device. The file format from the phone is .mp4 and is H.265 encoded.
When viewed in the gallery plugin, there is no video, but audio is ok.
I re-encoded with H.264 and it works fine, as done .MOV file.
Is this just a limitation of the plugin??

I’ve looked into your issue, and unfortunately, I couldn’t replicate it on my side.
I’ve set up a test demo page where the last video (the one you mentioned in the screenshot) is MP4/H.265 encoded, and as you can see, it’s playing correctly. You can check it here:

Your problem might be related to a misconfiguration, so could you please provide screenshots of the plugin element and the workflow that operates it?
Additionally, you mentioned uploading the video directly from your iPhone. Could you clarify whether you meant:
