Immediate Issues in Uplance Template

When I started using the Uplance template, I noticed there were immediate issues. Some were related to setting up the Stripe account, which I quickly remedied by doing so. However, the following issues still exist. Would you advise how to fix them?

The solution was found, in order to fix the errors, you have to specify “accepted = yes” in all fields with errors.
