Impossible to upload a file

Hello,

I am triyng to use the pluggin “image compressor and uploader” and i have some issues.

First : what i want to do :
The user in on a page, he clicks on a button where he can select a file.
then this file is compress and upload in the database.

Exactly the purpose of your pluggin.

However, i dont understand why, because i have copied exactly what you have done in your demo version, but the file is not uploaded in my filemanager…

How did i parameter it ?

  1. when the user cliq on a button, this workflow begins

then a secode workflow begin with the condition : when compressor A done compression :

Then a third workflow is launched with the condition when compressor A image uploaded:

But i do not find anything in the filemanager.

could you help me pleaz.

Based on the information you’ve shared, your settings appear to be correctly configured. However, for a further investigation could you please record a video in step-by-step mode where you will press the button triggering your workflow, and watch the value of “Compressed image base64” in particular.
Additionally, please keep the browser’s console enabled, in case there are any error messages there, and share a link with us so we can understand better your use case.

Could you also inform us about the Bubble plan you are currently subscribed to, as well as the device you are using?

So you will find a video in step by step mode bellow.
I am working on two computers, one mac ( airbook from 10 years ago ) and one fujitsu from 4 years ago.
i am on a professional plan.
There is on more information maybe important ! i have done this testing on a branch. does it change anything?

How can i send you the video? do you have a email so i can send with wee transfert?

Additionally, you mentioned that the testing was conducted on a branch. As long as the settings and workflow remain consistent, this should not affect anything.
