Issue with Advanced Audio Player Plugin: Playback Stops in Background on iPhone

Hi Zeroqode, I am experiencing an issue with the Advanced Audio Player Plugin. When using the plugin on Safari with an iPhone, audio playback stops after 3-5 minutes if the phone is locked or if Safari is not the active app. Users have to reopen Safari and manually press play to resume playback. This issue occurs consistently and affects our users’ ability to multitask on their phones.

Our app generates numerous short audio clips (1-3 seconds each) that are played in sequence on an audioboard. Some users interact with the audioboard for up to 30 minutes, making it inconvenient to have to restart playback every few minutes. The issue has been reported by multiple users with iPhones, and I am personally using an iPhone 12 Pro.

This problem significantly impacts user experience, and I am seeking a solution to ensure continuous playback even when Safari is not active or the phone is locked.

Could you please provide me with a link to your page where I could test this out on my phone to confirm the behavior? Additionally, if you could provide more details about the use case, it would help me better understand if something is going wrong.

You mentioned that this issue is present on iPhones. Did any of your users report this issue on Android phones, or is it specifically on iOS devices?
