Issue with AWS PDF Upload on iOS Devices - Bubble Page to PDF Plugin

Hello,

I need support with the “Bubble Page to PDF” plugin. Some clients of my SAAS have reported an issue where the generated PDF file upload is not being saved to AWS. I tested it on my end, and this problem only occurs on Apple devices running iOS, such as iPhones and iPads, both on Safari and Chrome. When tested on computers and Android devices, it works correctly.

I added a button to generate a PDF on the 404 error page below to make it easier for you to test. As you can see, the file upload works correctly in the File Manager on all devices except iPhones and iPads. Please note that Zeroqode is already set up as a collaborator on Bubble. My app ID is “novosistemafelipe.”

First, I want to apologize for taking so long to follow up on the previous issue I reported with the Bubble Page to PDF Converter plugin. Unfortunately, I’m reaching out again because things have gotten worse. The problem now seems more general and is affecting the entire plugin in all my another pages.

Starting today, January 13, 2025, the workflow that’s supposed to generate a PDF, download it, and save it to the Bubble database isn’t working at all. I’ve already updated the plugin to the latest version, but that didn’t resolve the issue.

I’ve also tried basic troubleshooting, like resetting the workflow and double-checking the plugin settings, but nothing has worked so far.

Could you help me figure out what’s going on? I’d really appreciate your support in solving this as soon as possible.

This is the error in debug mode:
