Issue with MapBox: Speed Functionality Not Working

I’m experiencing an issue with the MapBox plugin where the speed functionality does not seem to work as expected. I’ve integrated MapBox into my project and everything else is functioning correctly, but the speed data isn’t being displayed or updated properly.

Here’s a brief overview of my setup:

Plugin version: [mention the version of the MapBox plugin you are using]
Platform: [mention the platform, e.g., web, mobile]
Steps taken: [briefly describe the steps you’ve taken to try to resolve the issue, e.g., re-installing the plugin, checking the documentation, etc.]

Thank you for reaching out.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the “speed” state of the Mapbox element? If so, this feature is operational when “Location Tracking” is enabled. It will work only for mobile devices as it is using GPS to provide real-time updates of your movement speed.

Could you please enable Location Tracking in your app (using the ‘Start Location Tracking’ action) and check if it working correctly on your end? Also please make sure you are using the latest version of the Mapbox plugin in your app.
