Issue with plugin walktrhough 🚩 Walkthrough / Onboarding Tour Published March 2024 • Updated today

I installed this plugin. seemed to work perfectly but i am reporting an issue.
on the first 5 pages all ok.
on the 6th and 7th seems not getting the title, decription and does not take properly the element.
can someone help?

To better assist you, could you please provide more details about your setup? Specifically:

  • Screenshots or a screencast of your workflows, particularly how the plugin is set up on the pages.

Additionally, have you tried using the “Schedule delay after 1 second” workflow action? This can sometimes help if the data is not loading properly or if there’s a delay with element rendering.

the walkthrough opens only when page is fully loaded and user click on a button.

From your video, we can confirm that the plugin element is capturing the group by its attribute ID. Could you please confirm if, in the option set for this ID, you’ve added the other details, such as the title and description?

Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could provide a screenshot or a screencast in Step-by-step mode. This will help us clearly understand whether the plugin is correctly pulling data from the option set. For screencasts, Loom is an excellent option!
