I am trying to replicate a very simple scenario like any marketplace, in particular Uber. Sellers provide service, customers pays for the service. As a hosted platform I get a fees. I am testing out your tutorial.

I was able to reproduce the error on the provided page, however, the Error description is pretty informative.
Your account cannot make any changes. In order to find out the reason for this behavior, you need to look at the “requirements.disabled_reason” property in the Stripe Dashboard.
Please check this parameter in your Stripe Dashboard, as it is stated in the error code, for more information.
Please let me know about your result after you will check the required parameter.
