Issue with ZQ Fuzzy Search & Autocomplete plugin

Hi ZQ’s team !

Thank you for the awesome work that you develop in the scope of Bubble. Greatly appreciated by all the community, I’m sure

I stumbled upon an issue with your ZQ Fuzzy Search & Autocomplete plugin as follows:

  1. I’ve the plugin configured accordingly to your guidelines / instructions

  2. I’m only searching and displaying text fields in the RG (15 records and searching for data inside 4 different text data fields)

  3. I’m working still in development and I publish often a new version of the app

  4. I’m using several devices and browsers to test the app

Issue:

Sometimes - not sure why - the RG doesn’t display the results in one device and displays in another device or the RG displays in one window and not another one in the same device

So it seems to work properly sometimes… and other times… not

Any ideas why ? Any other users affected by this issue ?

This is really a showstopper for me :frowning_face:

The most common met reasons for such kind of issue might be the following:

  • responsive settings of your page (certain elements not displayed or hidden on certain resolution),
  • some related elements are overlapped (inputs, RG),
  • related page elements have conditions that hide them under certain circumstances, stopping the plugin from proper work.

Please be sure to check these moments. In case the issue will persist, please let us know and share more details that might help us to identify it (here or in DM).
