I’m getting the attached error in Bubble when I try to use the bubble spinner plugin.
Hello @jonathan1
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the issue on our side. Can you please provide more details, like the setup/workflow, conditions, screenshots/video, steps to reproduce the issue, etc so we could help you better.
Thanks.
@Dumitru
I just moved the spinner into a group. I didn’t change any settings on the spinner. Is there a support email I can use to privately send a preview URL with login information?
Hi @jonathan1
It is possible to send all the details in private. Send us all possible details at support@zeroqode.com with steps to reproduce the issue , etc. And one of our Team Member we’ll take a look at the issue.
Thanks.
Hello, @jonathan1!
Let me please jump in here. I have answered your email and suggested a few insights on how to troubleshoot your issue. Would you kindly check?
I’m afraid, as per the information you have shared, it is still quite difficult to tell what the exact root cause of your issue. Anyways, the main probable reason is the plugin element setup on your side. Please compare your settings with our demo page (editor).
I hope it helps
Regards,
OK, the problem are these animations: ball, ring, default, typing, domino loader, hallow box oading (also mispelled), preloader, loading-dot, loadingio-spinner-disk, pulse. When any of those are selected, the error occurs.
Also, in the “infinity color” picker, “black” is mispelled.
Thank you for notifying us about this
Still, the animations you have listed are working on our test page:

Perhaps, some of your browser settings, installed extensions can cause your issue.
Will it be comfortable for you to add the support@zeroqode.com as a collaborator of your app? It will help me to figure out if the root cause of the issue is within your app setup or browser.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Small update. I’ve just checked your app and the spinner appeared.
