Jobly Template - Invoice Print and Email not working



Firstly, its a very good template. Nice work done.

Please check the below issues we are facing.

#1: When we view the downloaded Invoice copy, it shows everything blank in PDF. May you please check and fix the same?

#2: When we try to send the invoice to Email, it shows something went wrong on the header in red and terminates.

Kindly advice /confirm.

We’ve confirmed this on our end, seems like an issue with generating the PDF file. We’ll work this out, and be back to you with an update on the matter. :pray:

We could not reproduce this issue, unfortunately. Please be sure to use a legit email in order to check this and have the require data in mail message. :pray:

When we try to perform “Run as” from the Users app data in bubble, we are getting the below error.

We have loaded the Template freshly. Its giving the below error. Looks like the Template has the issue which is carried over. May you please check and confirm.

Thanks for checking back, as far as both issues encountered go.

We could not reproduce the issue, I believe you could send a bug report to Bubble in order to check the integrity of the database.

This issue you’ve encountered it’s related to Stripe Plugin. Once you’ve created an application from Template, the Keys used for Template do no transfer to another application.
You’ll need to get another set of keys, by registering over https://stripe.com/ as developer.

As for the issue with PDF , we’re still working on it, once we have a solution I’ll update on the matter asap, please bear with us here while we work on it.
