Can we integrate a different payment processing company? Stripe doesn’t operate in Colombia yet.
We are in Colombia south America and the most important provider here is Pay U LATAM

Yes, sure, you can integrate any payment processing company available in your country, however, please make sure the payment processing platform of your choice supports the API functionality.
Also, please note that in order for this to work, you would need strong Bubble skills, since all the workflow and events would need to be set manually.
