Hello, @jacob2
Thanks for reporting this issue.
Please allow us to check the plugin behavior with the team. Additionally, it will be great if you would provide us with some screenshots of your current plugin settings.
We’ll check it and be back with a reply ASAP. Thanks for the understanding.
Best regards,
Hello, @jacob2
Thanks for the screenshot of your settings.
Unfortunately, this issue was not reproduced on our side. Checking the screenshot of your error, I suppose that source for the plugin element is not correct (#each item’sGalleryphotoimage).
Please check the settings from our Demo Page:
Please try to configure the data source for images as in our example and let me know about the result.
Best regards,
Hi @Ecaterina, we’ve been using the plugin in dozens of places on our app for almost a year now and haven’t changed anything on the sources. Our source still evaluates to a list of images, so it seems like Zeroqode changed the input requirements (we had a search for a list of items’ images not a search for one item’s list of images). Could you please roll back the input requirements? This has broken a major functionality in our production app with thousands of users.
Hello, @jacob2
We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Please note that a short time ago the plugin’s library was upgraded, so please upgrade the plugin to the latest version ( in case you are using another plugin version).
In case the plugin version was upgraded, but you still face the issue, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.
To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com
Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.
Looking to hear you soon.
Regards,
Thanks very much; the upgrade to the plugin resolved the issue. Happy with the turnaround time and happy to continue supporting your products. Thanks, @Ecaterina !
Hello, @jacob2
Really happy that your issue was fixed
If you like our plugin, could you please rate it by going to the Plugins tab in Bubble editor? You can find the plugin by name and give it as many stars as it deserves I will be happy to receive your feedback there.
The more feedback we get, the more motivated to build great plugins
Thanks!
