I’ve recently bought the plugin map extender, I was trying to find out how to set up the icon marker while I’m using Add Direction. I can’t find this option, that’s looks pretty easy. Is it possible to do it?
Could anyone help me in doing it?

Thanks for using our plugin.
If I understand you correctly, you are willing to add a custom Icon, instead of drawing points of your route. In this case, the feature is not available, because the “image” for these points is set by default.
However, if you are referring to another option (for example, a simple marker on the map), you should upload them to your DataBase firstly and apply “Do a search for”:
