Mapbox Map - New with this plugin, got questions/support

Hello!

I recently installed the Mapbox Map’s plugin for my app, and have experienced a couple of different issues that I would like to see if there’s a fix/solution.

Note: I have created a Mapbox API Token with the following checkboxes, and the token is pasted in both the API Key & API Key - Dev inputs in the plugin settings. Also, I have added the URLs that I want to allow the API to be used on:

Issue #1: For whatever reason the map will load, then not fully load, then load. It appears whenever it feels like it and will display only the markers with a grey-ish background.

Issue #2: I have a frontend (displaying the markers) and backend (adding the markers). But, the backend map isn’t appearing at all during preview… any idea how it using multiple maps in a single app?

I just wanted to follow up and check whether this issue is still relevant on your side.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior, please share the details requested earlier so we can review the setup properly:

  • Your page setup
  • The plugin element configurations
  • The workflows responsible for adding markers and zooming the map/camera
  • A screenshot of the entire user-facing page

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to investigate the possible causes and provide the most suitable solution or recommendations on how to reconfigure the setup correctly.

Also, as mentioned previously, since we already started handling this case in this thread, we recommend continuing the conversation here to keep all details organized and avoid duplicating the investigation across channels.
