Mapbox not loading (white page) on mobile

I am building in Bubble using the Mapbox plugin. On preview the map shows great on the web. It was working great on my iPhone and the randomly stopped working. I was using Chrome and it was working there and then stopped. So I moved to Safari and it was working there and then just randomly stopped. Both after about 20-30 map loadings. Is there some kind of limit I hit on API calls? I’m not seeing any errors in debug or on the Mapbox website.

I have tested the Mapbox plugin, on iOS version “17.2.1” it is working well while on an older ”12.5.5” the map goes blank just like in your video.

Can you try to update your Software, and then check if the map is visible again?

And if this won’t change, would it be convenient for you to provide more details regarding your use case?

  • Which plugin version are you using and when exactly this started happening?
  • Which iOS version do you have on your phone, and the model of your phone?
  • Screenshots of the Mapbox map element configuration, also if you have any workflow related to it.
  • Does this happen only on the page you showed us, or it is happening on all pages where you have the element?

I connected Bubble to my live domain and it seems to be working now. Thank you.
