Mapbox Plugin Live Tracking Question

Hello,
I have been using the Mapbox Plugin’s Live Tracking Feature to display driver locations on the map. I was wondering if there is a way to have a popup display when one of the icons rendered from the Live Tracking Feature is hovered/clicked. I have tried to use the Marker Clicked action to do this, but nothing happens when I click a Live marker.

Also, is there a way to have a rotation UI icon appear so if the user is on desktop they can rotate the map? I only see a way to have a button to set the rotation to North. Thanks!

Regarding your concern, I have also observed that the event “Marker Clicked” is not triggered when clicking on a realtime data marker, only on a simple marker. I have forwarded this to our development team for further investigation and to ensure a resolution is implemented so that the event will work with all markers. Rest assured, I will notify you as soon as a new version is available.

Thank you for the update and for letting the dev team know. I will wait for the update to come through! Do you have any suggestions on how to rotate the map’s orientation via a UI? I only saw a way to add a UI Button that sets the orientation to North. Thanks!

Based on your query, it sounds like you’re looking to adjust the map’s bearing. To do this, you can either utilize the “Set Bearing” action with a specific angle or directly manipulate the map bearing by clicking and dragging the UI button left or right. Hi Stephan,

Thank you for the update. I can confirm that I am receiving a marker ID when I click on the marker from the live tracking now.
Do you know if there is a way to get the estimated trip duration/distance when directions are set on the map? I would assume this data is available since it shows up on the on the UI Route Instructions. Can you expose this state to the plugin? Thanks for all of the help!
