I get same bug in the Mapbox demo and my app test. When I toggle/click button to add 3D Terrain multiple times the A&B Destination entry boxes show multiple times and don’t go away unless map gets reset.
Even when I toggle Visibility one/off it still shows on less page refresh or map reset.

We’ve pushed a plugin update that fixed the bug with the destination boxes’ appearance.
Please update your plugin to the newest version (1.77.0: Fixed “Add 3D terrain” action) and give it a try.
