Mentions/Tagger Issues

Hello Zeroqode team! For years I used the tagger plugin to handle shortcuts when doing staff evaluations. This would allow them to place a hashtag in an input (housed in a repeating group) and search based on a word they started typing. I started having issues shortly after you guys acquired it for some reason.

I ended up disabling it so it wouldn’t slow down my page, but now I need it again and it seems that ‘spaces’ are not allowed when a user clicks to paste the phrase. Why are spaces not allowed and is there a way to get that back?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please note that after the plugin was acquired, there were no code changes made to version 1.13.0. Therefore, the claim that plugin stopped working after the acquisition doesn’t appear to be true. You can always verify this by reverting the plugin version in your app to an older one and see for any differences. We only released one recent update addressing two bugs we discovered in the plugin.

Nonetheless, we always strive to improve our plugins and to better understand what went wrong in your case, could you please share more details about your use-case? Specifically, screenshots or a screencast showing how you set the element and workflow, the issue you’re encountering, and the desired result would be very helpful. Also, please let me know how it behaves with different versions of the plugin.
