Our team investigated the problem with the file extension. After researching was found that this problem appears because of device Operational System, on devices with older OS, the extension of the file in some cases is not returned. On more recent OS versions this problem is fixed, so devices with the latest OS shouldn’t face this error. Unfortunately, after all the investigation and searching for solutions I have to inform you that this bug cannot be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
