I’m looking at the Native product, but my app has a driver and a user app, does that mean I need to buy it twice? Also, do I need a Mac to us the iOS?

You would need buy the Native Solution - https://zeroqode.com/native once as a bundle or separately.
For iOS application you would need a MAC device to be able to wrap it.
