Native Uploader PRO v1.18.0 — Element not visible in Bubble editor (element panel)

Plugin: Native Uploader PRO
Version: v1.18.0 (latest)
Bubble plan: Starter
Environment: macOS, Chrome (latest)

Issue

The “Native Uploader PRO” element does not appear in the element panel on my 01_main page. I cannot find it in the element list to drag onto the canvas.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Native Uploader PRO v1.18.0 from the Bubble plugin marketplace
  2. Open any page in the Bubble editor
  3. Click “+” to add a new element
  4. Search for “Native Uploader” — element is not listed

Expected behavior

The element should appear in the element panel and be draggable onto the canvas.

Actual behavior

Element is completely absent from the element list. The plugin appears as installed in the Plugins tab, but no corresponding element shows up.

Already tried

  • Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) — no change
  • Cleared browser cache — no change
  • Plugin is already on the latest version (v1.18.0) — no update available

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @bimhara ,

Thank you for providing the details and screenshots regarding the issue.

I’ve confirmed on my end that this is not a bug, but an environment mismatch. The Native Uploader Pro element is intended for use in native mobile applications and may not appear in the Bubble editor’s element tree when added to a standard web app. This behavior is expected when the plugin is used outside its supported environment.

If you’re looking for a file uploader for Bubble web applications, please refer to our available web-compatible uploaders here: No-Code App Plugins For Bubble (800+ Plugins) | Zeroqode.
Please make sure to choose a plugin marked for web use. If you’re unsure which uploader best fits your project, feel free to reconfirm with us and we’ll be happy to advise.

Hi @bimhara,

I hope you’re doing well.

Just following up on your report regarding the Native Uploader PRO v1.18.0 element not appearing in the Bubble editor element panel.

As mentioned earlier, this behavior is expected if the plugin is installed in a standard Bubble web app. Native Uploader PRO is designed for use in native mobile applications, so its element may not appear in the regular Bubble web editor element tree when used outside the supported environment.

If your project is a Bubble web application and you need a file uploader, please use a web-compatible uploader plugin instead. You can browse Zeroqode’s available Bubble plugins and choose an uploader marked for web use.

If you’re unsure which uploader would be the best fit for your setup, please share a bit more about your use case — for example, the file types you need to upload, whether you need single or multiple uploads, and where the files should be stored — and we’ll be happy to recommend the most suitable option.

Best regards,
