if there is a chance please consider the development of a GoCardless plugin. The current one available as plugin is really not usuable and has no good support (just my personal opinion).
I would be willing to pay 5$ per month for it or something like 100$ one-time.
Maybe others too. Maybe even GoCardless would pay you for the production.
