I recently bought the Flixly video streaming template app. I’ve been recently customizing it to the vision of my startup but would like to add two specific functionalities. Besides the “static” content we have on the platform, we would like to add a section of live channels that would be able to stream live “dynamic” content. Additionally, inspired by Spotify, Hulu and YoutubeTV, we would like to add ads in various ways for our free subscription plan. Does anyone have suggestions on how to add these?

It is possible, using some third-party plugins that will connect your app with the streaming platform. For example - our Twitch - Chat-n-Stream plugin:
You can put its element on your “live stream” page and retranslate some live events from the Twitch channel right into your app.
You can use any alike plugin for this (not only the Twitch but any other available).
