New player video does not work well the 1st time if not in debug

Hello,
when ma bubble preview is in debug mode, all is fine.
but if not in debug, the first time I open the popup in which i play the video, there is an error message *
and the playback position is not taken into account.

The next time, it’s much better : no error message, but still playback position not automatically taken into account.

Apologies for the late reply due to the weekend. :pray:

So far as this issue is not reproducing on our side, could you please help us by providing a bit more details like steps to reproduce the issue, plugin setup screenshots, and the issue you see (or maybe would be better a video recording, you can use Loom to record the screen), anything that could help us to check your issue?
