When attempting to run a short MP4 video using the Video Player I got an error message that says, “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”
For the video type I am using your AWS File Uploader plugin’s Fileuploader X’s File URL and I am running into the error. However, when I manually place the URL from AWS it performs correctly.
This is the URL from my AWS bucket that, when placed directly into the NewVideoPlayer element, works fine: https://jtiliivideos.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/47166a6b-7e1f-44a5-a46f-a503f3d6c134/jwoodintro4x264.mp4
But this is the URL that is given when I use the AWS File Uploader plugin generated “Fileupload X’s File URL” in the element that it says is not supported: https://jtiliivideos.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/4f38ba85-0796-40ed-970c-5bbf0550a9c1/VideoOutro2.mp4?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Credential=AKIA5JSGSPB3E4S7RPJE%2F20240103%2Fus-east-2%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20240103T194308Z&X-Amz-Expires=900&X-Amz-Signature=6d7febfca6eb885d3630c5bf32f854f6039ca94bdffc319986797e359a2165f8&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host

To assist you effectively, could you kindly inform us of what Video Player plugin you are using, please share a link to the plugin page, screenshots of how you configured the plugin element workflow and step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the error on our side?
This will help me understand better your use case and test the plugin demo page on our side.
