Page to PDF plugin - error

I am using this plugin for a long long time and i am really happy with the results, but, from time to time, users are complaining that they can’t export the page to PDF and they are getting this error when trying to convert to pdf (instead of getting the pdf itself)

What can be the reasons?

Also, in a different subject, after a convert is done, i added an action “go to page” and put the url (and click open in a new window) but this will work only for people who allow windows to jump in thier browser, can you tell me what is the best practice for opening the pdf after converted (automaticly)

Based on the image you provided, it seems that some privacy rules may be preventing you or the user from viewing the converted PDF. To troubleshoot this, please review the privacy settings in your data and ensure that the “Attach to” fields are correctly set(if they are set) in the Generate PDF action.

Regarding your question about opening the PDF after conversion, you can utilize the “Converting is finished” event and then directly open the URL.

I think it’s happening only in around 20% of the attempting of exporting but wasnt sure what can be the issue,
