Panorama plugin for Bubble by Zeroqode

Hi there, I was wondering I could somehow find the person who created this plugin.

I just purchased for $20. But it’s missing a pretty important feature: panning left.

It only goes in one direction currently and that makes it unusable for my purposes.

Also setting speed to zero makes it go at its top speed, which is not very fast, and you can only achieve slower speeds by entering a high number, which is pretty baffling.

I also can’t see any way of getting refunds for bubble plugins, is that correct? Potentially I’ve wasted 20 bucks if I can’t find the creator of this plugin…

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the panoramic direction is not possible to change with this plugin. We’ll consider your input to add this feature to our roadmap feature list and see how it gets traction in order to decide. :pray:

The plugin works as is. It’s max speed is set up as 0 and if you want to lower the speed, you set a higher number like 200. This information is written in the plugin fields docs and you can always check on it in our Live Demo apps before purchase.

Sorry but refunds are not possible as of Bubble’s no-refund policy and our terms as well that are tailored to their marketplace because all plugin sales go through Bubble. However, you can reach out to their support team at support@bubble.io and explain the situation, perhaps they can help. :pray:
