Greetings, @fvegauppen!

Thank you for your patience

Our developers made updates to the pluginā€™s settings, that were affecting some of its calls. Weā€™ve tested the plugin after that and it all worked well.

However, now we are facing another thing: at the moment there are some maintenance works going on in Paypal regarding migrating Sandbox to the cloud. Because of that some of the functionality might be impacted: https://prnt.sc/16pxor9 , https://prnt.sc/16pxv31 , https://prnt.sc/16pxymk

Considering that I wanted to clarify some details about the issue you were having:

  1. In case you are using a Sandbox account with Paypal while trying out our plugin, you need to wait until the works on the Paypal side will be finished.

  2. If you are using both your Paypal account and our plugin in live version, kindly provide us access to your application, so we can check the settings and find out what was causing your issue.

In order to do so, add our support@zeroqode.com as a collaborator of your app:

Enter your Bubble editor page -> Settings -> ā€œCollaborationā€ tab -> Invite a user (email).

(Note: you can add our support account to the collaboratorā€™s list even if your app is on a Hobby plan.)

Best regards.

Hi, srry the delay :grimacing:
I added you as collaborator. There is page called ā€˜paypal_testingā€™ in the app. You can preview the error from that page :+1:

Hello, @fvegauppen!

Thank you for giving the access to your app:)
However, while we were waiting for your answer, and checking the updates from Paypal, a new point came up: due to the changes in Paypal, weā€™ve updated our pluginā€™s setup as well.

ā€œCreate an agreementā€ and ā€œCancel an agreementā€ actions were deprecated, and ā€œGet and agreementā€ is not active accordingly, cause was connected to the ā€œCreate an agreementā€ action.

Here you can see the updates:

So, instead of the old action, you can use one of the new ā€œCreate ā€¦ā€ actions.

Itā€™s been tested out, we are working on a Demo update also, but you can see the changes made already. Just make sure that the version you have installed is the latest one.

In case you need any other clarification, let us know

Best regards.

Any news on this?
I update the plugin yesterday, but still canā€™t get subscriptions status :pensive:

Hello, @fvegauppen!
Sorry for the late reply

As my colleague Elena have said, we have already updated the pluginā€™s actions list due to the changes on the PayPal side. Also we have updated our plugin demo page:
http://zeroqode-demo-14.bubbleapps.io/paypal?debug_mode=true

Can you please describe this case in a bit more detail? Iā€™ll try to help.

Regards,
