[Paypal Recurring Payments] Clicking on paypal button to purchase subscription fails

Hi

I am newbie to Bubble. I have purchased Paypal Recurring Payments plugin and configured the right plan id and client id from Paypal.
While testing, when I click on payment buttons from Paypal, a new tab opens, and I can see the payment loading for a second. Post that tab automatically closes and I am redirected back to my app.
I am not sure what is going on

Can someone help ?
