PDF as a correct sized A4

Hi !

I’m struggling to get a two page PDF in the correct format.

Here is the page that upload the pdf : Mission PDF

I used this settings :

Each group have the ID page1 (for the first) and page2 (for the second). And they are 1000px * 1460px which corresponds to A4 proportions (2480x3508 / 2)

But the results looks like this :

What should I do to remove the grey part ?

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try to do the following steps and let me know if it solves the issue:

Combine the page1 & page2 groups into one common group, and place this common ID in the ID field.
In the “convert target” field select Single element.
If you choose the a4 format, then nothing needs to be specified in field 3(custom format field), if in the format field you select “custom format” - then in field 3 you need to specify the value of height and width.
