If possible, could you share a short screencast of your entire workflow action with the debugger open? This will help us understand the sequence of actions and spot any potential issues more efficiently.
Additionally, this could be related to the recent Heroku server outage. You can check the Heroku status here: Heroku Status. Some of the plugin’s functionality is currently affected by this, and once Heroku service is restored, everything should return to normal.
