Unfortunately, only these screenshots are not enough to investigate your issue fully. Please be so kind to provide us with more details to better understand your use case, namely:
- the browser and its version you were using;
- operating system;
- the video record where we can see the plugin settings (plugin element settings, workflows), how you click on the button to convert the page into a document, how you open this document, and what the page looks like on it.
