PDF converter: wrong pdf/not able to reset

Hi all,
I’ve installed and set the group to pdf plugin. It works mainly fine but I have one issue:
One page where I set it up contains a repeating group, in which each cell has a button that opens a popup. The popup contains the group I want to convert + the “grouptopdf” element. the group that’s converted to a pdf has a data source that is the “thing” of the current cell of the repeating group (I hope I’m clear)
Everything works fine for the first pdf or when I reload the page, but if I open several popups in a row, from the second one, the pdf that’s generated still contains the info of the Thing of the first cell I clicked.
the (dynamic) name of the pdf is set up correctly by the plugin.
It’s also not the same display as the very first pdf generated (there seems to be a max-width set up after the second time, so the next pdf I get is squeezed horizontally). It seems like I would need to “reset” the element somehow, but I didn’t find any way to do that in the settings.

Has anyone come across the same issue? Or any idea of where to start debugging?

Thanks a lot for your help!
Sixtine

Hi @sixtine,

Apologies for the late reply.

We’ve tried to recreate your use case but unfortunately, the issue you reported is not reproducing on our side. Here you can check and test our page: Zeroqode-demo-28 | Bubble Editor

Could you please share the details of your setup (screenshots, video recordings) and the issue you see? This will allow us to identify any possible cause much faster and will decrease the misunderstanding possibility.

Thank you! Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,
Gulce

Hi Gulce,
Thanks a lot for your answer.
Maybe the problem comes from the fact that i’m not downloading the pdfs, but attaching them to a Thing - the objective is to then send them by email. Do you think it could explain that ?
I’ve done a few tests but haven’t had the time to test the download to see if it explains the problem (even though it wouldn’t solve it for my need).
Attaching a few screenshots of the implementation. Let me know if it helps.

Hi @sixtine,

Thanks for the additional details.

I’ve created a similar setup without downloading the pdfs, and it seems to be working properly. You can check it here: Zeroqode-demo-28 | Bubble Editor
