Hello, I have a question regarding the paid plugin - the output seems an image (single image of the HTML page filling the entire PDF), which is not ideal. Users can’t select text content from the PDF that is produced. Is this because I am doing something wrong or is it how this is made?

No, you are doing everything correctly. This is how the plugin works - the output PDF file is a “screenshot” of the visible/loaded page area.
Besides, you can experiment with the plugin versions. For example, some users prefer to use the 1.25th version because the resulting PDF file quality seems to be a bit higher. You can check it also if you want.
