I have noticed an error in your Phone number Input + Formatting plugin and I am on the latest version.
1.62.0
It is displaying an erroneous “–>” in the top left of the page header - this is also occurring on your demo page.

I am glad to inform you that we have launched an update with obfuscation, version 1.64.0 of the Phone Number Input with Formatting Plugin. In this new version, it was fixed plugin header.
