I have checked and tested it again, and upgrading to the new responsive design would always solve these concerns on our side. For example, please check this test page in the old responsive [link] and the same page upgraded to the new responsive [link].
To further troubleshoot this, would it be convenient for you to add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators in your application and share the app’s link with us? By doing so, we will be able to examine this problem on our end to see what could be causing it.
To add our Support Team as a collaborator, please follow these steps in the Bubble Editor: Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com.
Also, please share instructions on how to reproduce the issue on our side, including the name of the page where the plugin element is located, the plugin element configuration, and any workflows attached to it. A short description of where to click and user credentials to log in would help us troubleshoot the reported issue. If possible, please attach a short Loom video (a screencast recording) providing this guide.
