Phone Number Input + formatting Plugin Problem

Issue 1: Incorrect Input Field Styling

I’ve set the phone number input field to have a width of 100% and a height of 45px, but the input field does not display correctly:

  • The height of the input field seems to match the height of the input value, rather than the 45px height I specified.
  • The width is also not displaying as expected.

Issue 2: Missing Country Flags in Dropdown

When I open the country selection dropdown, some country flags are missing or not displaying correctly.

Regarding the incorrect input field styling, please note that setting the width to 100% will adjust the plugin element to fill the entire width of the parent group. To ensure this works as expected, kindly double-check the width settings of the parent group in the layout tab. Additionally, although plugin element dimensions can be modified in the layout tab, please keep in mind that certain styling aspects, such as font size, are configured within the plugin’s settings. These internal style settings affect the appearance of the input value itself.

For the missing country flags in the dropdown, I tested the latest plugin version (1.94.0) on both our demo page and my personal page, and I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you described. Could you please confirm the version you’re currently using? If an update is available, please go ahead and update, as this may resolve the issue.

When I don’t set a default value, the input field displays with the correct styling, as shown in the first two images. However, when I add a default value, the input field shrinks—the height and width change, as shown in the third and fourth images. Could you help fix this so that the input field keeps the correct styling even when a default value is set?

Additionally, I’m using version 1.94.0 of the plugin as you mentioned, but some country flags are still not displaying correctly in the dropdown. Could you help me understand why this might be happening and how to fix it? Thank you!

Regarding the styling issue: Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you mentioned. I’ve attached a screenshot of my setup, showing the plugin’s parent group layout and additional settings. I set the plugin element’s background color to red and added a black border to the parent element for clarity.
Could you please double-check the layout settings of your parent group to ensure the issue isn’t related to its setup?

Regarding the country flag issue: On my end, every flag is displayed correctly, and there are no errors in the console. Could you let me know which browser and device you’re using? Also, if possible, please take a screenshot of the console while the country flags are displayed in the dropdown. A screen recording via Loom would be an excellent choice if that’s convenient for you.

Can you please try it by putting phoneNumberInput in a Popup. This is the error that i am facing.

I’ve tried placing the phoneNumberInput element inside a popup as you suggested, but I didn’t encounter any issues. The plugin is wokring as expected in the popup, with no errors or styling problems.
