Note that in the image I have two identical inputs, but the first receives the plugin’s effect and the second does not. When I have initial content information in the input with effect, the place hold is above the value, in the second example you can see that the input without the plugin effect appears normal.

Indeed, there are several animation effects you can choose from with the plugin. Some of them, like the ones you selected (19 and 20), might not look good if the input has any initial content, as the effect essentially takes the placeholder text and moves it to the top of the input when you start writing.
For your use case, you might consider leaving the placeholder empty in the input or simply choosing one of the other effects that work better when there is already text inside the input. Please check our demo page to see them in action.

I totally understand what you mean. We can definitely look into this to see what can be done on our side, but to better understand your needs, could you please clarify how exactly you’d like it to appear when you open the page? Do you want the placeholder or initial content to remain hidden, or would you prefer the effect to show automatically when there is an initial input?
For example, if you’d like to see the effect (effect 19) instantly, there is a workaround you can use right now. Upon page load, you can add a “Set focus to Input” action to the input where the effect is applied, and also include an “Add a pause” action if you’re triggering it at page load.

Regarding your question, the previously proposed workflow will achieve exactly what you are envisioning, specifically placing the placeholder at the top as you described. As for the app language, translations of Bubble apps can only be done from the “Language” section within the settings. You may also find additional guidance on the Bubble forum.

Our development team has further looked into this and was decided to make the effect automatically trigger when the placeholder is inside the input, just as you requested.
