Would it be possible to add two great options to this plugin?

1. Could we add page numbers? Ex. Page 1 of 4

2. Could we add a footer or header text?

Both of these are pretty important when printing legal ready documents. For example, I have a report that must have a footer on each page with the person who printed it.

Thank you for the feedback regarding, however, have you tried creating the page similar to our demo stand here:

The second demo shows an example with Page numbers and Headers and Footers. Hope this helps.
