Plugin JS Zip File Generator

I have a question regarding the JS Zip File Generator plugin and hope you can assist me with this issue.

Here is an example:
I uploaded a file named “Test draft 2025-10-14” to Bubble’s file manager. Then, I used the free ZIP FILES plugin to zip this file.

After downloading the zip file, I noticed that the file inside the zip has its name encoded as:
Test%20draft%202025-01-14.xlsx.

Does your plugin provide a solution to this issue? My company has requested clarification before proceeding with the purchase.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Can your plugin fix this problem? My company has asked me to clarify this so they can purchase this plugin

Hello @anhtpd ,

Thanks for reaching out with your question.

What you’re seeing is most likely because the files are taking their names directly from the link, and in Bubble, spaces are encoded as “%20”, thus it is seen like that.

However, our Zip Archive plugin allows you to specify the file names yourself, so that this encoding won’t show up. Simply fill the “Files names” field with the item names.

If you’d like to confirm the plugin fully meets your needs, you can consider subscribing and testing it, and you’ll only be charged for the days you actually use it.

I hope this helps you decide. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,
Support Team
