I’m using the events “Bubble video playing” and “Bubble video pause” in the plyr plugin and this works perfectly on android and desktop(chrome). However when I’m opening the site on an iphone the events seem to not work at all. Am I doing something wrong here or is this a bug?
The file being streamed is in hls format.

I just tested on safari with macOS and works perfectly there as well. The problem is only happening on safari in ios.
Checked with the live demo by zeroqode as well. None of the events are working on ios and the details such as “buffered” “playing” etc all do not update
