For whatever reason, my prints are now only printing in Black and White while in Chrome. This is an issue when I’m trying to print charts.

In this particular case the issue might be in your printer settings conflicting with your Chrome print settings. Could you please open your Printer Preferences and check the “Color” option and also check your Print options in Chrome. You can do it in browser outside of the plugin, because it’s most likely not plugin-connected.

I am too having some serious issues while printing. Honestly, instead of printing, it is showing error code 0x97. I am using Epson XP 830. I was trying to print through my Android phone Can anyone help me to fix epson printer error 0x97. I need the solution with an immediate effect.

Could you please post more details, regarding your app setup like: screenshots of workflow , plugin tab, version, browser version, OS etc so we could help you better.
Also any steps to reproduce the issue, as well browser console.logs.
