Print Pro Plugin doesn't print on mobile

Hello,

I purchased Print Pro plugin. It works great on desktop.

On mobile devices there is an issue.

On iPhone Safari the file is generated but the pages are blank. After multiple attempts, the file ends up being 1 empty page. See screenshot

On Android, it prints the actual element on the page, just the screenshot of the page, and not the dynamic content that is set in the HTML code.

I use Print HTML Template (Advanced). I am happy with the code and the layout, it shows fine on desktop, but on mobile I can’t seem to make it work.

I reached out to support email but I don’t think Bot can help me with this. I would appreciate to talk to a human.
