I use the plug-in to print groups at several places in my app, none of which now work.
I used to print by using the element ID only, which just produces garbage. Switching to the print Tool and adding this to the page initially prints the page fine, but only for the first time it is used. After that it no longer retains the formatting. Its seems to loose the CSS data and shows all information as a continuous list. My setup is exactly the same as your demo and all printing preferences have been checked.
The only difference is the Print URL for the Print Toolkit, which I have left empty.
